Hello and welcome to our youth page! Our youth ministry consists of youth in grades 6th-12th from the Chapin and Columbia area. Our mission statement is simply this, One Body...One Mission...Changing Lives. Our youth program is active in our community and within St. Francis. Here are a few things that our youth are involved in:
- Sunday Morning Acolyte Team
- Worship
- Adopt-a-Road Program
- Summer VBS
- Outreach Summer Camp
- Diocesan Retreats
- Mission Trips
- Relay for Life
- Ski Trip
- Sunday School
- Labor Day Parade
The list goes on-and-on! Our youth group is called EYC (Episcopalian Youth Community) and we currently meet on the Sunday evenings from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. We have a meal together, play games, have a lesson, and a time of prayer and worship. Also, we offer Sunday school classes for junior high and high school students on Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
If you are interested in any of the programs or have any questions, please feel free to contact Nick Anderson, Youth Director.
Thank you very much and God bless!
